Cavalli e Nastri ships with the international courier DHL EXPRESS. Delivery times are two working days for Italy and the EU, up to six days for non-EU countries.

Shipping is free for orders with a value of €100 and above.

For orders under €100 the shipping costs are:

Italy €10
Switzerland €10
European Union €19.99
Japan, China, Australia €40
Rest of the world €25

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

Shipments can be made all over the world unless specifically indicated by the shipper.

Orders are processed and fulfilled from Monday to Friday and, except for holiday periods, within 24/48 hours.
When the package is entrusted to the courier, an email is sent to the customer with the tracking number to be able to follow the status of the shipment. Once the order has been processed it is not possible for Cavalli e Nastri to modify it, cancel it or change the delivery address.
